For the 9th grade, we left off on lesson 29 of the Romeo and Juliet unit of the learnzillion curriculum. Continue the lessons in order.
For 11th grade, we left off on lesson 20 of the Scarlett Letter unit of the learnzillion curriculum. Continue the lessons in order.
General announcements:
1.) If you were unable to pick up the packet at the school, email me, and I will send you the materials you need to complete the lessons.
2.) Email me any writing you complete. I will be able to provide a detailed analysis of strengths and areas of improvement.
3.) Email me any questions you may have regarding the assignments as well as any completed assignments.

1.) Learnzillion.com – the lessons can be located here. It will not show teachers notes, answers or provide access to the materials. Again, if you were unable to pick up the materials or get past the scope of the materials, email me and I will provide them for you.
2.) Gutenberg.org – this website will provide free copies of The Scarlett letter and Romeo and Juliet. For 9th graders, if you make it to the next unit, email me, and I can scan you a copy of the novel.
3.) Cliffsnotes.com – this website provides detailed information on the texts we are reading.
4.) Owl.purdue.edu – this site provides tips and information for all forms of writing, citing sources, and grammar and mechanics.
5.) Majortests.com – this site has a series of ten word lists (intermediate) designed for preparation for the SAT (but will also be important for the ACT).
